When I first visited Guardian Caringbah (the first centre I visited), I knew this is where I wanted my son to be cared for. That gut feeling as a mum was strong. From the carers, the daily activities, to the chefs and the menu offered, I cannot fault the care my son receives. Highly recommend!!

Guardian is such a wonderful daycare! My daughter has attended this daycare since she was 6 months old, she’s now 3. She is treated so beautifully by all the educators and staff. This daycare has such a beautiful family feel, I have always felt at ease dropping my daughter off knowing she’ll have the best day. We cannot speak highly enough of Guardian Caringbah! Our daughter started just two months ago, and from day one, the team has been absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that not only was her transition into the centre smooth, but that we as parents felt supported and reassured throughout the process.

My child has attended this childcare centre for approximately 18 months and in that time, the educators have consistently demonstrated excellence through their support, helpfulness, and professionalism, and I have never encountered any issues. It appears that my child never comes home very hungry, which I can only attribute to the excellent work of the kitchen staff. Kudos to them for keeping the little ones well-fed and happy! Finally, the Management Team, comprised of Lauren, Liz, and Tammy, has been exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and friendly. If you are considering a childcare centre, I highly recommend this location.

I can’t speak highly enough of Guardian Caringbah, from the office team, to the centre manager Lauren and Assistant Centre Manager Liz, to the educators in every room and staff in the kitchens. My daughter has finally left and gone to big school but my son is in the Nursery room. We have been a part of Guardian since January 2021 and throughout the years they have been incredible! If anyone is looking to enrol their children in preschool - look no further! Highly recommended 💗

Great place to put your child in - especially preschool level. The education they get it’s unbelievable! Miss Dany is the best. You get photos every day and nutrition every day. Nice modern, clean and lots of light.

I had to change my daughter daycare and we ended up visiting the Guardian. From the minute we entered the centre we felt a really warm environment starting from the Manager down to the educators. The centre is spotless with beautiful rooms setup. Our daughter settled in less than a week, she has already created tight bonds with her educators and I can tell how much fun she is having every day.

I have been thrilled with the care and attention that Noah has received at the center, and I am so grateful for the incredible work that his educator, Matt, has done.

Matt has been an exceptional caregiver for Noah, and I have been impressed with his commitment to helping Noah develop his sports skills. Matt has been so patient, kind, and focused on the details of Noah's development, and I can see the positive impact he has had on my son.

The center itself is warm, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch, and I always feel confident that my son is in good hands when he is there.

Overall, I cannot recommend this childcare center and Matt enough. They have truly been a blessing in our lives, and I am so grateful for everything they have done for Noah. Thank you!

What a wonderful preschool! I had both my children here from 6 months until they went to big school. All the Educators are amazing, the facilities are always clean and up to date, they are provided with amazing food, and they are actually educated, not just minded!

Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

Safe People Who Follow Safe Policies

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles
  • Annual compulsory Suitability Declarations to confirm ongoing fitness to work with children
  • Mandatory reporting and speaking up – report concerns immediately and all concerns will be investigated fully
  • Ongoing mandatory training in child safety, including annual refreshers and leadership-specific modules

Controlling Access to our Centres

  • Multiple levels of security in all centres
  • All visitors must sign in and present photo ID before entry
  • All tradespeople must provide a WWCC & complete Guardian-specific induction.

Daily Rates

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child’s learning and progress:


  1. Storypark app - Stay connected to your child's day with regular updates, including photos and learning insights

  2. Pick-up and drop-off updates – Our Educators will share highlights from their day, including experiences they enjoyed, mealtimes, and naps to support your evening routine.

  3. In-room learning exchange displays make our weekly learning plans easy to see so you know what your child will be learning.

  4. Centre Newsletters – Great for community connection and wider Centre and team updates.

  5. Development documentation and meetings for your individual child’s progress.

Preschool Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School preschool program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Out and about

Through excursions, children are supported to expand their world, to get to know their community, and have a sense of belonging. Their learning thrives when they feel safe, welcome, and that they belong.

Cooking experiences teach numeracy by counting ingredients, and weighing and measuring quantities and volume, while managing these tasks supports independence and confidence.

Learning languages through Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA) supports brain development and social skills and creates opportunities to celebrate cultural diversity.

Joy of Reading

Reading aloud to children each day inspires imagination and supports thinking. Books with rhythm, rhyme and word patterns make stories more playful and memorable.
