My wife and I were definetly not keen on sending our precious daughter to a chain day care, as we wanted a personal touch and great care for her.
After a recommendation we decided to give Monty a go for her, then aged 4 months.
What we found from Mon (centre mgmt) and her team was an absolutely tireless effort to ensure all children there were made to feel welcomed, included, special, safe, happy, comfortable, and most importantly - loved.
With a low staff turnover and a team who deliver constant compassion and care, we couldn't recommend this place enough to new parents who are searching for the right fit for their child.
Now in kinder 3, our daughter enjoys the familiarity of some of her educators she had when she joined in nursery 1, thanks to the careful planning from the centre management to ensure as the children make important leaps, they have the safety net of a well known face, whom most critically, does actually know and understand them.
I have no doubt the leaps, personal confidence and progress made by my little one over the past three years are more than partially attributed to the decision to send her to Guardian Montmorency.
