Your Role as a Trainee:
- Earn while you learn – Your Certificate III qualification is fully covered, and you’ll receive an hourly wage for all hours worked.
- Gain real experience – Work directly with children, families, and educators in a hands-on learning environment.
- Create meaningful connections – Help design engaging learning spaces that support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Support play-based learning – Assist in preparing activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility.
- Commitment to a full time traineeship program.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
- Ability to work full-time and dedicate additional time outside of work
