The Opportunity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the community
- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current contemporary early years thinking and practice
- Ensure compliance under the National Law and National Regulation.
- Have a thorough knowledge of, and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with, the National Quality Framework. The National Quality Framework includes the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, the National Quality Standard, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Actively contribute to the self-assessment process and the strategies for continuous improvement (i.e. the QIP process
- Actively support the centre leadership team to implement and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
To be considered, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
- Current Teacher’s Accreditation/ Registration
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous ECT experience (desirable)
- Valid Working with Children’s Check or state-specific equivalent.
