Simple Puree Combinations

These simple purees provide a variety of flavours and nutrients for your baby. You can try a variety of fruits and vegetables, and they’re also a great way to support your baby to gradually move onto more solid foods.
You can even freeze most combinations in portions for later. Try these simple puree combinations – just peel, cut and blend until smooth!
Banana, Strawberry, and Orange
Avocado, Banana, and Blueberry
Potato, Spinach, Carrot, and Celery
Cook potato, spinach, carrot, and celery until soft, then blend until smooth.
