Bringing our Mindsets to Life: Mindset Month
Throughout Mindset Month this March, teams across our Guardian network are living our mindsets and focusing on making their Centres an incredible place to be for children, families and each other.
It’s a month full of excitement where each Centre team gets involved in fun activities and competitions. There’s the chance to win great prizes simply by celebrating and discovering new ways to be positive, brave, thoughtful and professional.
Opportunities to connect and inspire
As part of Mindset Month, our Centres put huge collaborative efforts into making their Mindset Walls a hub of inspiration and connection. Messages on these Walls include shout outs to team members who go above and beyond, words of encouragement, or to congratulate someone on a great idea of success – or simply, a place to say ‘thank you’!
What’s the purpose of these Mindset Walls? Just like Mindset Month itself, it’s an engaging way to create a great team culture, a sense of fun, and a positive energy within each Centre.

Guardian Coopers Plains, Qld: “Inspiring each other with every shared moment, our Mindset Wall serves as a reminder of the power of collaboration and mutual respect. As we light up the bulb it signifies that together, we can create a brighter future filled with endless possibilities.”
Guardian Point Cook West, VIC: “Each educator was asked to create their own mural of what inspired them to become an educator. We believe through collaboration, we can learn and grow as a team.”
Guardian Augustine Heights, QLD: “We invited our team to reflect on how they “live the mindsets” in their day-to-day practices. It was really interesting to see what each person values in themselves; this will be something we continue to do not only as individuals, but reflecting on what we find valuable in our team members.”
