How does the promotion work?

  • One of the enrolled child’s guardians should be employed at a local school (please provide proof of employment)
  • Discount will remain in effect while one of the child’s guardians is employed at the local school.

  • Discount applies on a per child basis and is applied to the standard daily fee prior to any government subsidies (such as CCS).

  • This promotion applies to new enrolments only which must commence within the promotional period and does not apply to casual bookings.

Promotion Period

This promotion starts at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday, 3rd November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday, 2 March 2026.

Eligible Enrolment

To be eligible to receive a discount in our ‘School Team Savers’ promotion, a family is deemed eligible when they satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

    1. Applies to new enrolments only and not to currently enrolled families.

    2. the family must enrol and commence their child on a permanent basis at a participating centre within the promotional period.

    3. The enrolment must be for a minimum of 3 days per week.

    4. complete, sign and return Guardian’s terms and conditions for enrolment;

    5. pay a bond in accordance with Guardian’s fee policy (where a bond is required); and

    6. otherwise adhere to Guardian’s terms and conditions for enrolment.

Application of discount

The discount will automatically be applied to the family’s fee account for each Eligible Enrolment by applying a discount of A$15 to the standard daily fee prior to any government subsidies for each day the child is enrolled and attends the Participating Centre.

Employees and relatives of Guardian

This promotion is not valid for any employee of Guardian whilst that employee receives any staff discount in respect of a child enrolled at a participating centre, but this promotion is valid in respect of relatives and friends of the relevant employee that are not eligible for such staff discounts.

Supplementary to enrolment terms

The terms and conditions of this promotion are supplementary to Guardian’s enrolment terms and conditions which apply in full at all times. All bond and fee payments must be paid up to date to participate in this promotion.

Other matters

Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts.

  1. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. This offer under this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

  3. The discount is applied on a per child basis for each Eligible Enrolment.

  4. New enrolments at the Participating Centre are subject to availability of care.

  5. The discount is to be applied directly to a family’s fee account and is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  6. This promotion may be extended by Guardian in its absolute discretion.

  7. Guardian reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without notice but will honour any discount to those parents or guardians that are eligible at the time the promotion is amended or withdrawn.

  8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

  9. Guardian reserves right to review the application of this discount for families who take up this offer at the end of each financial year.
