We’re looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team through administration, candidate management, sourcing, and recruitment coordination.

About Us:
At Guardian Childcare & Education, we’re on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment administration across the hiring process
- Review applications and maintain candidate records within our recruitment system
- Conduct phone screening and suitability conversations with candidates
- Reach out to passive candidates and talent pools to discuss current opportunities
- Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding processes
- Complete compliance and pre-employment checks
- Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate data and reporting
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar coordination role
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence communicating with candidates over the phone
- A professional and engaging communication style
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience using recruitment systems or HR platforms is highly regarded
