The Centre:
Guardian Springfield Lakes is a well-regarded centre located in a modern building overlooking the lake, known for its welcoming, community-focused culture and strong team environment.
Our Springfield Lakes centre has a diverse offering with French lessons through the Ella program, weekly tennis lessons, nature walks and two architecturally-designed outdoor areas with a sandpit, bike track, and veggie garden.
Here’s what you’ll bring:
- Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
- Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working in the early childhood sector as an ECT (essential)
- Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
