The centre has been a revelation, and a breath of fresh air for us since our son joined last month. The staff are caring, supportive and have welcomed us to the centre so well. The whole orientation and first month have been amazing. The centre manager and her team are great at what they do, we feel lucky to have found them.

We have been part of the kinfolk community for 4 years and have always felt welcomed and safe. Leaving our girls in the safe hands of the kinfolk staff has made the return to work process that much easier. Knowing they are heard, safe and included in every way is like leaving them with family.

The team are absolute angels, when we drop off our youngest first the whole team greets our oldest by name. They comfort her when she cries and have clearly worked hard to foster relationships with the children as they feel safe to express themselves. Even team members in other rooms will wave and say hello as we walk past to our rooms. There's been a few things in the news about misconducts and horrific incidents at childcare's as late, which is so unsettling, but we have never had any doubts or second guesses that our children aren't safe or cared for.

Staff are welcoming and warm and really care about my son. I love the feel of the centre and my son just loves going to childcare.

Cannot speak more highly of LELC. Staff go above and beyond, they really really care for my son. Sharon is always available for queries, welcoming and helpful. My son has the best time at the centre. Wonderful outside area which is rare for the area and extracurricular activities are lots of fun.
