Promotion Period:

This promotion starts at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday, 31 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday, 2 October 2026. Offer may be extended at Guardian’s discretion.

New Family:

In this promotion, ‘New Family’ means a parent or guardian that does not currently have (or had at anytime between 1 July 2026 – 30 August 2026) a child/children enrolled and attending Guardian Childcare & Education Collins Street.

Eligible Enrolment:

To be eligible to receive the first 4 (four) weeks of childcare at no cost, a family is deemed eligible when they satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions during the Promotion Period: 

1. be a New Family at a Guardian Childcare & Education Collins Street;
2. enrol their child at Guardian Childcare & Education Collins Street on a permanent basis for a minimum of 3 days per week which must include either a Monday or Friday; and
3. commence their child’s care at Guardian Childcare & Education Collins Street within 2 (two) weeks of the payment of your bond.

Application of free care discount:

For each Eligible Enrolment, the free care discount: 

1. is equal to the daily fee charged at Guardian Childcare & Education Collins Street for the total number of permanent booked days per week and will automatically be applied to the family’s fee account; and
2. is applied for a maximum period of 4 (four) consecutive weeks from the date of commencement of care.

Employees of Guardian:

Employees of Guardian, and their spouse or partner, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 
Supplementary to enrolment terms The terms and conditions of this promotion are supplementary to Guardian’s enrolment terms and conditions which apply in full at all times. All bond and fee payments must be paid up to date to participate in this promotion. 

Other matters:

1.  Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
2. This offer under this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. 
3. The discount is applied on a per child basis for each Eligible Enrolment. 
4. The discount is to be applied directly to a family’s fee account and is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
5. This offer is subject to enrolment availability. 
6. This promotion may be extended by Guardian in its absolute discretion. 
7. Guardian reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without notice but will honour any discount to those parents or guardians that are eligible at the time the promotion is amended or withdrawn. 
8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria.

Guardian may collect personal information to conduct the promotion. All families consent to their personal information being collected, stored and used for this purpose in accordance with Guardian’s privacy policy , which forms part of these terms and conditions.
