Swap Day Request
If a day in your permanent booking with us falls on a public holiday, you can request a ‘Swap Day’, for another day in the future. This way, your child won’t miss out on a day of care.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate each request where possible. Our Swap Days are subject to availability in each centre.
Click on the below button to request your Swap Day. This helps us plan for the number of children attending and allows us to ensure we have enough team members on the day.
Once you’ve submitted your request, your Centre Manager will be in touch to let you know the next steps.
Swap Days can only be taken after a Public Holiday has occurred and provided the centre has received a swap day request two (2) weeks prior to the requested date for the Swap Day to occur. Swap Days are subject to availability, cannot replace an existing permanent booked day and can only be requested for days up to four (4) months after the elected public holiday.
