Make every shift count As a Casual Educator, you will work alongside our centre teams to:
- Support children throughout their daily routines, play and learning experiences
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children and families
- Help maintain safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environments
- Encourage children’s curiosity, confidence and development
- Adapt confidently to different rooms, teams and centre environments
- Bring a positive and dependable approach to every shift
We would love to hear from you if you
- Hold, or are currently studying towards, a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Hold a current Blue Card or are willing to obtain one
- Have completed National Child Safe Training through Geccko
- Are reliable, flexible and comfortable working with different teams
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Can travel to Guardian services within your nominated area
