Referring is easy

Guardian Childcare & Education is offering you a sector leading reward for referring an Early Childhood Professional to work in one of our centres.

1. Refer your friend (or friends) by completing the form on this page.
2. If your friend/referral is successfully hired, you will receive the referral reward as a bonus paid ontop of your salary.

Terms and Conditions

1. Program start date is Monday 22 July 2019, the finish date is at Guardian’s discretion.
2. All referrals will undergo our standard recruitment process.
3. The reward is organised in one amount once the referred candidate has passed probation (6 months).
4. This ‘Referral program’ offer is eligible to new candidates only (i.e. we don’t hold candidate details on our system, candidate has not applied previously, candidate has not been employed by us previously).
5. The candidate referred must commence employment with Guardian for the reward to be eligible.
6. If the same candidate is referred multiple times, the referrer who submitted the candidate details first, as per the specified process, will be eligible for the reward.
7. The reward amount may differ by role, as determined by Guardian Childcare & Education.
8. Payments will be paid as a bonus on top of your salary.
9. There is no limit to the number of friends referred.
10. The reward type and amount can be changed at the sole discretion of Guardian, and the program can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
