Learning and Events

Welcome to Guardian’s Professional Learning and Events page – here you will find out what’s on nationally.

Supporting our Guardian educators to be successful, dynamic and innovative in their role is a key priority for us.  We recruit the best educators and staff, and therefore we aim to develop and offer some of the most exciting and contemporary professional learning opportunities across our sector. At Guardian we encourage creativity and we recognise that with a diverse group of educators and access to a diverse range of professional learning we are building an incredible learning community.

We encourage you to get involved, be open to new ideas, try something new and create an environment where continuous reflection and questioning with your colleagues will lead to exciting possibilities and greater understanding of teaching and learning.

As adults, we need the same freedom, as well as much more competence, curiosity, imagination than we have demonstrated up to now, in order to offer children, and build with them, the opportunities for learning and knowing. – Loris Malaguzzi from the book “The Hundred Languages of Children”
