Awards Venue: The Glasshouse, Olympic Park Oval, Olympic Blvd, Melbourne Victoria (transportation details are in the FAQ)
Awards Night Dress Code: The dress code is cocktail attire, and the theme is FEATHERS & PEARLS!
Times: The Conference will run from 12.00pm-4.30pm on day one and 8.30am-4.00pm on day two. The Aspires Awards night runs from 6.45-11.00pm on Thursday 29th August.
Registration: Registration will be open from 10am-12pm on Thursday 29th, we ask that Melbourne based team members arrive between 10-11am to avoid congestion at the registration tables as the out-of-state teams will be arriving between 11am-12pm. Please drop your bag with concierge before proceeding to the Grand Ballroom on Level 1 for registration and lunch.
Attendees: The Centre Manager from each centre will be attending, along with members of the Network, Quality & Curriculum and People & Culture teams. The top two finalists from each award category will also be invited to the Aspires Awards night.
Flights: Please see the flight times below for the CM conference, please note you do not have a choice of which flight you are on. Our travel agent (Goldman) will email you the week before departure with your confirmation, please note this is not a boarding pass but just your flight confirmation, please ensure your details on the confirmation are correct and use this to check in either online or at the airport upon arrival. All flights include a 23kg checked bag. If your flight to Melbourne gets cancelled or delayed, do not panic, the travel agent will work directly with Georgina Simonsen from the events team at Guardian to get you on another flight and we will update you via text message ASAP.
