Human resources team members will support the Centre Managers with all the role requirements. This may include the ongoing support and training of team members, hiring new team members, and developing personal development plans.
In these roles, we seek passionate team players who are dedicated to ensuring that all team members are up to speed with their duties and receive feedback on their work in a professional manner. In onboarding new team members, you’ll ensure they have access to all the required training and provide appropriate feedback during their first few weeks.
Human resources team members will work with a reasonable amount of autonomy, and they’ll be required to work alongside Centre Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure all employee concerns are addressed appropriately.
