On-site early learning centres

Guardian is the industry leader in the development and operation of on-site early learning centres.
We are unique amongst early learning centre operators, offering expertise in the design and development of purpose-built centres across the country. These centres integrate seamlessly into a broad range of developments; from campus-style business parks, to office tower developments in the central business district and community-style centres in suburban areas.

Near-site early learning centres

The majority of Guardian’s corporate partners enter into a Management Agreement to reserve dedicated places at an established Guardian early learning centre in close proximity to their office. These places are then available for the exclusive use of that organisation’s employees.

Salary Sacrifice

Employers can structure their corporate childcare partnership in such a way that employees are able to salary sacrifice their childcare fees, on an FBT-exempt basis. Guardian has extensive experience establishing arrangements of this kind for both on-site and near-site early learning centres.
