Guardian Early Learning Centre Point Cook

Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth at Guardian Early Learning Centre Point Cook. With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including three custom-designed yards – children are encouraged to explore and learn.

The light-filled and homely centre also has vegetable gardens, fruit trees, mud pits, a wooden teepee, natural play structures, and a range of age-specific ateliers.

Children get out and about on excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We visit locations such as local supermarkets, the zoo, and Featherbrook Primary School, whom we have a great relationship with.

We are proud to have a culturally diverse and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays. As part of our community focus, we have a dedicated parent cafe in our reception area, where parents can snack on coffee and cakes throughout the day.

Our on-site cook prepares five nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the centre, our Educators host cooking classes for the children to get involved in to enhance their understanding of good nutrition.

Learn More About Our Centre

Guardian Early Learning Centre Point Cook is a clean, fresh and spacious child care centre, with beautiful natural light that streams into every room. Outside, a love of nature is fostered through three custom designed spaces.

Our nursery children have a secluded space in which to safely explore nature with friends their own age. Our toddler yard have a large shaded space perfect for picnics, with construction materials and a home corner for imaginative play. Finally, our large yard is complete with two large sandpits and a digging patch, as well as logs, rocks and mud pit for the most adventurous explorers!

The children love visits from families and special guests, with the opportunity to learn about everything from pets and recyclable materials to musical instruments. Cultural celebrations are also popular, predominantly Indian and Chinese, to honour the backgrounds of many of our children.

Our qualified chef cooks delicious multicultural meals based on the latest nutritional guidelines for children. All religious and dietary requirements are catered for, with a seasonal menu that rotates every five weeks.

Our experienced team of educators encourage the children to make choices about what they want to learn, at their own pace. While flexibility is promoted, personal and educational growth is always paramount.

We believe in creating strong and lasting relationships with families, who are welcome to get involved in everyday life at the centre. From helping with the settling in process to discussing development, our door is always open to ensure you and your child feel happy, confident and secure with our service.
