As a Lead Educator, you’ll:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Lead teams to design and implement innovative, play-based early learning programs aligned with current best practices.
  • Document and share children’s progress with families.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
  • Experience in long day-care.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
  • A valid QLD Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
