The Opportunity
As a Lead Educator, you’ll:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
- Lead teams to design and implement innovative, play-based early learning programs aligned with current best practices.
- Document and share children’s progress with families.
- Enjoy Guardian’s professional learning programs, career pathways, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).
- Experience in long day-care.
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
- A valid QLD Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
