Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
- Develop and execute internal strategies to keep employees aligned and engaged.
- Create content across platforms, including newsletters and intranet updates.
- Own our TikTok strategy and collaborate with leadership on key initiatives.
- Organize events to foster a vibrant company culture.
External Communications:
- Create messaging that strengthens our brand and trust with families.
- Lead campaigns showcasing our childcare expertise and premium offerings.
- Manage day-to-day PR efforts, collaborating with our PR agency.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Stay ahead of trends and work with design teams on creative content.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in marketing communications, with expertise in engaging diverse audiences.
- Creative, strategic, and organized, with strong project management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Open to candidates with PR agency experience also!
