Our thoughtfully designed learning spaces encourage children to explore, spark their curiosity, and learn while having fun. The Centre features large verandas, shady spots for sunny days, and a spacious outdoor area where children can play and discover together.

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll play a key role in:
- Supporting and mentoring Educators as they grow in their teaching practice.
- Building meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Encouraging children to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning.
- Collaborating with Centre Leadership to create innovative early learning programs that prepare children for formal schooling and beyond.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- A current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children’s Check).
