Your Opportunity
As a Guardian Educator, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow educators and your Centre Manager to:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Implement innovative early learning programs reflective of current best practices.
- Share children’s learning journeys with families through thoughtful documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Enjoy professional development opportunities, career growth pathways, and a truly inclusive, supportive workplace.
What You’ll Need
- Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Experience in long day care settings.
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
- Current Working with Children’s Check (QLD Blue Card).
