�� About Our Brand-New Fairview Park Centre:

Located in the City of Tea Tree Gully, our purpose-built centre is designed to inspire. Children aged 6 weeks to 6 years will explore, play, and grow in a safe, nurturing environment.

We’re proud to support families in Surrey Downs, Yatala Vale, Redwood Park, Golden Grove, Wynn Vale, Modbury Heights, and Greenwith.

�� Your Opportunity As our Educational Leader, you’ll:

✔ Lead the development and implementation of our play-based curriculum
✔ Guide and mentor Educators to deliver high-quality programs
✔ Assess children’s learning and support personalised development
✔ Set clear goals for teaching and reflective practice
✔ Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)

✅ What You’ll Need

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQCA-approved)
✔ Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework
✔ Strong experience in curriculum design, mentoring, and leadership
✔ A valid Working with Children Check for SA
✔ Previous experience in the early years sector (desirable)
