The Centre
Taking on a play-based approach to learning, each child is supported with a warm and welcoming learning environment to discover the world in a safe and secure way. Featuring a dedicated Kindergarten program led by our Bachelor-qualified Teachers, children are encouraged to:
– Build on their existing knowledge and explore new ideas,
– Develop the necessary numeracy and literacy skills for life and;
– Become more independent and confident in their abilities.
Due to its large natural playground, our centre hosts a range of engaging outdoor play areas for children to explore. The three-quarter acre space includes a modern fort, two large sandpits, large open grass areas, mature shade trees, lush gardens, a water hand pump, creek bed, digging patch, veggie garden, garden cubby house and bike track.
To be considered, you will have:
- A Bachelor in Early Childhood
- Experience and passion for leading a team
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working in the early childhood sector in an ECT role (3+ years of experience)
