The Centre
At our Underwood childcare centre, our early childhood education programs are focused on play-based learning, and our team of Highly experienced Educators and degree-qualified Teachers provide a stimulating environment for children aged six weeks to six years of age to discover the world.
The Opportunity
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Lead a team of educators, mentoring their growth and ensuring exceptional care for every child.
- Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.
- Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
- Champion your Centre as a beacon of Guardian’s values: brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional.
- Implement visible educational programs on Storypark, encouraging collaboration from families, children, and educators.
- Maintain children’s learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
- Join Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.
To be considered, you will have:
- A passion for working with the Pre Kindy age group
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Valid Working with Children’s Check (QLD Blue Card).
