About Guardian Richlands
Our custom-designed centre at Guardian Childcare & Education Richlands is more than just a place to work—it’s a vibrant community for early learning. Conveniently located near Centenary Highway, Progress Road, and the Richlands train station, our Centre offers easy access via public transport.
With 135 places for children aged six weeks to six years, our expansive Centre features two playgrounds, nine light-filled learning spaces, and two dedicated art areas. The large, central outdoor play area serves as a communal gathering space, thoughtfully designed with engaging learning experiences in mind.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a completed bachelor’s in early childhood.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience in the early childhood sector (Ideally 3+ years’ experience in an ECT role).
- Valid Paid Blue Card
