The Centre

We are proud to have a diverse team of educators at our open-plan 131 place centre in Everton Hills. We celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays over the year and welcome our families for breakfasts. Located off Old Northern Road, Everton Hills is accessible via public transport and close to a number of parks.  
The light-filled centre features a glass-walled art atelier, a light atelier, herb and vegetable gardens, creek beds, water pumps, and a range of age-specific ateliers.

As Centre Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead a professional team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
  • Foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.

Requirements

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre.
  • Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Budget and financial accountability experience.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.
