Requirements for ACM position (Leopold & Torquay):
- Qualifications in Childcare (required): Diploma or ECT Qualification (or working towards it) – (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)
- QIKKIDS experience desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQS, EYLF, VEYLDF.
- Similar Managment experience will be desirable.
- Must work full-time/38-hours per week and needs to be open to a rotating roster.
- Working with Children check (Employee card) – or a VIT
- Building lasting and meaningful relationships with families, ensuring they have full confidence in their children’s education and care.
- Contributing to the development of an exceptional culture of quality and safety that sets Guardian as the Centre of choice in your community.

Requirements for ECT position (Manifold Heights and Torquay):
- Tertiary degree/qualifications in Childcare.
- Teachers Registration (VIT for VIC state) – a must
- Prior experience as an ECT (desirable)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQS, EYLF, VEYLDF.
- Must work full-time/38-hours per week and needs to be open to a rotating roster.
Requirements for Lead Educator position (Manifold Heights):
- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards it)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children’s Check. (WWCC for VIC)
- Must work full time
Requirements for Educator position (Leopold and Manifold Heights):
- Completed qualifications in Children’s Services (or working towards it)
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Can be flexible in shift timings
- Current Working with Children’s Check. (WWCC for VIC)
