In her interview, Tracey Thornhill shares how she got to where she is today (all the way from the UK to SA!), her journey through motherhood and her colourful career in early childhood education.

Respect is my number one value and I try to uphold this when dealing with difficult situations. My most influential learning has derived from mistakes that I have made; I always try to reflect on situations that have not gone according to plan and execute them more effectively next time. Age helps!
