Strawberry Smoothie
A great breakfast alternative, or afternoon snack idea – this smoothie is quick, easy, delicious and packed with goodness! Plus, you can easily swap the strawberries for any number of your favourite soft fruits or berries for endless flavour combinations.
Makes 2 large smoothies.
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup yoghurt – Greek or Natural is preferred
- 1 ½ cups milk (any type of milk will work)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender are grind until smooth.
- Best enjoyed well chilled.
