Strawberry Cheesecake Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1L milk
- 2 x tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 x bananas
- 1 x strawberry punnet
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

- In a bowl, combine the milk, bananas, half of the strawberries, maple syrup and cottage cheese.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds and stir well.
- Keep in the fridge overnight and serve in the morning, with the rest of the strawberries on top.
