Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

Made with just a few simple ingredients, these bite-sized Salted Caramel Bliss Balls are not only delicious but also a healthy and energy-boosting snack for young children. Perfect
for satisfying sweet cravings the natural way!

This recipe was provided by our wonderful Chef Danielle at Guardian Everton Hills.

Makes 12 balls


  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)


  1. Add dates, coconut, salt, and vanilla to a food processor and pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  3. Roll the balls in a plate of desiccated coconut to coat if desired.
  4. Store the bliss balls in the fridge in an airtight container.
