Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Our Chocolate Banana Smoothie recipe is super easy to make and is a hit with the children. Smoothies are not only a fun and refreshing way to hydrate but also a sneaky and easy way to get essential nutrients into your child’s diet.

This recipe was provided by our wonderful Chef Carol at Guardian Preston West.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 handfuls of ice
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Divide into two glasses and serve immediately.
