Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding
This Chia Seed Chocolate Pudding recipe is a must-try. It’s full of flavour, crafted with love and adored by the children at the Elsternwick Centre. Naturally sweet and nutritious, this healthy snack or dessert is sure to become a family favourite.

Ingredients
- 4 cans Coconut Milk
- 1 kg Chia Seed
- Cocoa powder
- Vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Honey / syrup
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- In a big bowl, mix coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon, vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt until combined to avoid lumps.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed, platter in your preferred bowl, cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 3-4 hours. The chia pudding is ready when it is thick and no longer watery.
- Serve with the fruit of your choice (raspberries, banana or blueberries), or shredded coconut.
