Banana Oat Biscuits

This recipe was provided by our wonderful Chef Danielle at Guardian Everton Hills.


  • 3 large bananas (ripe, mashed up)
  • 125g butter
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 ½ cups self raising flour
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup rolled oats


  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar. Stir in the bananas until combined.
  3. Add the flour, oats and coconut and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Place teaspoons of the mixture on the baking tray, leaving room for each biscuit to spread.
  5. Place in oven and turn down to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.
