Banana and Cinnamon Porridge
Full of flavour and nutritious our Banana & Cinnamon Porridge recipe is a nutritious breakfast for the whole family. Combining the goodness of oats with the flavour of spices and that hint of sweetness with banana and honey, the children love it!

Ingredients
- 4x bananas
- 1L milk
- 200g quick oats
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds to garnish
Instructions

- Bring the milk close to a boil, keeping it on medium heat.
- Add the oats and spices and stir well to combine.
- With a fork, smash the bananas and add to the pot.
- Stir well and cook on low heat until creamy, around 15 minutes.
- Garnish with the seeds.
