Apple and Blueberry Bircher
Our delicious Apple and Blueberry Bircher recipe is packed full of nutritious ingredients, and is such and easy grab-and-go option for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, grated
- 1/2 punnet blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Dollop of yoghurt, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the grated apple, blueberries, rolled oats, coconut milk, apple juice, cinnamon, and ground cloves.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl with an airtight lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve chilled with a dollop of yoghurt on top.
