Guardian’s Diploma Students Completed Last Teaching Day in 2016

Our 72 diploma students have now completed their last teaching day for 2016! Each teaching day encourages the exploration of new found knowledge and leads to some wonderful conversations and reflection. The diploma students are busily completing their assessment tasks and this has been supported by the centres, as the assessments include some workplace questions.

This is some feedback from a Centre Manager that has 3 Educators completing the diploma.

“Three of our Educators from the nursery room are undertaking the diploma, and I have seen a MASSIVE change. At the past two staff meetings I have invited them to share their learning and it has resulted in very engaging debates and conversations about what we are working towards. As a result, we choose one aspect from their learning and focus on it as a centre for the month! I have also witnessed a change in their curiosity and they are now starting to question me about practises, which is very exciting!”

This is amazing feedback to be getting so soon after the diploma has been launched so well done to all of our Educators who are committing to their studies and developing their pedagogy and practice to enable the highest quality outcomes for children.
