We are really pleased to announce we are seeking to be one of the first employers to join the recently-approved ECEC Multi-Employer Agreement (MEA). This means our amazing team will be able to receive the 15% government-funded Modern Award-based wage increase, staged over 2 years – 10% in December 2024 and 5% in December 2025.
We submitted our funding applications to the Government in early November. Our team will be voting on joining the MEA in the first week of January. This vote will allow us to tick the final box required to secure Government approval of our application. The Government have confirmed that the pay increase will be backdated to December 2, 2024.
